About Me, TK Kader
Hi. I’m TK (LinkedIn). I’m an entrepreneur, a business builder, and a life and business strategist. I believe that you can achieve anything through belief, discipline and an unstoppable strategy.

I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur, and I had plenty of fits and starts. But it wasn't until I turned 28 did I finally say "enough is enough" -- quit my job at Bridgewater (the largest hedge fund in the world) and I took the plunge to start my SaaS business, ToutApp, which made software for salespeople. 

At ToutApp, as a solo founder, I raised $20m in capital from a16z and Jackson Square (two of the best venture capital firms in the world) and built it from $0 to a multi-million dollar business. And at Marketo, serving as the SVP of Strategy (after selling ToutApp to them), I worked with one of the best SaaS PE firms in the world, to help deliver one of the biggest and quickest SaaS transactions with its $4.75bn sale to Adobe.

Through my journey, I learned how to start, build, scale (and exit) SaaS businesses. At age 37, as I reflected on what I wanted to do next, I found that I was happiest when I was in a room full of SaaS founders building incredible businesses. This is why I took everything I've learned and distilled it down into a framework that I deploy into SaaS businesses.

Why do I need a Growth Engine?

One of the most counterintuitive things about scaling a SaaS business in the early days is that you need to develop the discipline around ONE growth engine.

Back for ToutApp, to get from $0 to $1M ARR, we tried a million different things. From content marketing, to webinars, to marketplaces, to creating "tools" -- Some worked, some didn't.

But there was the year we went from $1M to $3M. In that one year, we actually narrowed our focus to ONE growth engine. We simplified things. And magic ensued.

If you're at ~$1M+ ARR and are starting to plot your growth path to $10M (which is the unstoppable number in SaaS), then you've got to think about how to double down on ONE growth engine. We teach you how to do that in this workshop.
